Located in the heart of the beautiful Sapphire Coast, Merimbula, Baywatch Luxury Apartments offers you a luxurious destination. The accommodation is only two minutes flat walk from a safe swimming beach and the town centre with licensed clubs, cafes and restaurants.

Each apartment has two bedrooms and private balcony. Relax and sip champagne as you take in the magnificent panorama of ocean and lake views, across to the town centre and distant mountains.
All apartments are identical in size & quality. It is worth noting there are no rear apartments and "all" apartments directly face the Bay.

Linen and towels are supplied in the tariff for the first couple, with an total charge of $12.50 per extra person. There are 2 large bedrooms. The main has a queen bed and Ensuite, whilst the second has 2 single beds with child locks on the windows. The bedrooms are at the rear of the complex ensuring there is no noise pollution from the little traffic we have from the road. There is a large separate bathroom with spa bath/ shower, (Chemically Sanitized) additional toilet, vanity and private laundry with washing machine plus dryer.

The Ground level is actually car parking space, meaning the first level of apartments are approximately 13 feet above the Ground/ Road level offering great Water/Town views from "every" apartment. Including the bay area, the entrance, the ocean, top lake and the town lights at night! Something only a hand full or less can offer. Because of the terrific design at Baywatch there are no stairs to enter the first level as you drive up a rise as you drive to the rear of the complex, ensuring safe & easy access for children or people who may have problems with stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern/ new appliances including a dishwasher, new fridge, microwave, cutlery, glass wear, cooking utensils etc.

The lounge & Dining area is spacious and easily accommodates up to 5 People. Every apartment is identical in size and offers reverse cycle air conditioning/ heating, new T.V's, D.V.D & V.C.R, Austar/ Foxtell and Hi-Fi system all inclusive.

There is also a phone if required.

We are 8 years new! Baywatch is one of only a handful of apartments offering 4&1/2 star accommodation in the absolutely prime position of Merimbula with all apartments offering wonderful ocean and bay views from your private balcony, very close (250 meter) flat walking proximity to all shops, restaurants, R.S.L, Bowling club and the main bay area (50 meters)! Close enough to all attractions, but not right in or near the heart of town.

There is also a Professionally Cleaned/ Sanitized solar heated pool, undercover B.B.Q. and grassed area with beautifully landscaped gardens away from the road where the children can safely play including ours.

Baywatch is 150 meters to Spencer Park, The main park area in Merimbula, with a bay beach, lovely white sand Unlike the southern part of the bay) & areas of shallow water for younger children if appropriate . Spencer Park is a Great area for people/ Families to relax, fish, picnic/ B.B.Q, play on the swings, walk & explore plus safe swimming area for all.

Because Baywatch is 4&1/2* and only has 6 large apartments our clientele tends to be more mature or nice couples/ families and thus lovely people to accommodate offering a peaceful stay for all! It also ensures there are only a total of 6 apartments whom have access to the facilities. E.g. Pool & B.B.Q. area.

Baywatch also has 7 under ground car parks and 6 additional raised car parks at the rear of the premises if you have a boat, 2 Couples or guests etc. You enter the apartments from the rear of the building where there is a lovely safe grassed area for the children to play including ours. This area is 60-70 meters from the road offering a great play area for children away from the road. The bedrooms are also at the rear of the apartment cutting out the little noise we may get from the front road. The balconies at the front of the complex offer a second or third storey view as we are built on top of a car park.

The occupancy rate at Baywatch is very high due to the Position and Quality of apartments.

Getting There
Merimbula is situated half way between Sydney & Melbourne and just 3 hours south of Canberra. Access to the town is by car, bus or plane, and when you enter Merimbula all roads lead to Market Street, the main shopping area. Market street leads to Main Street and if you turn right into Main Street we are 300 metres down on the left hand side.
