Overview
Our well appointed and recently refurbished, 4 QUALITY ensuite rooms each contain TV/DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, reverse cycle airconditioning, hairdryers, electric blankets fridge and free toiletries. Laundry and drying facilities also available free of charge. Not suitable for children under 10 years.
Just 6 years young, Baudins of Busselton B&B is rated by AAA 4.5 stars. Our purpose built facility is in a house separate from the owners, as well as the 4 ensuite rooms, guests have the added bonus of a fully equiped kitchen, lounge, dining area and laundry- more like a self-contained house. Prepare a meal or snack on site. The BBQ is also available and proves popular in our delightful garden setting. Rooms are quiet, at the rear of the property. Located less than 1 km from the centre of town where there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat. Only 500 metres from the beach. Close to beautiful Cape Naturaliste with numerous wineries, breweries, and other places of interest close by in the the Busselton and Margaret River area. We are only too pleased to give advise and book/recommend places of interest. Huge choice of brochures available for your perusal. NO SCHOOL LEAVERS PLEASE.

Getting There
Follow signs for Busselton Town Centre. Turn left at traffic lights onto Albert Street. Cross traffic lights at West St. Albert Street then becomes Bussell Hwy. Baudins is approx 1 km down on the right hand side next door to the Geo Vet. Drive to the rear of the property where there is parking.
