Overview
Batman Fawkner Inn is a lovely Historical building built in 1824, here is where a meeting was held which resulted in the settlement of Melbourne, The Batman Fawkner Inn boasts a range of 36 rooms - Family, king, Queen, Double, Twin, and Backpacker all with private in-room bathrooms.
We have a large fully self-contained kitchen, a dining area and a laundry.
We are situated one block from the main shopping precinct, a 10 minute walk to the local food shopping centre (Coles) open 6am to midnight, 24 hr K-Mart and only a 15 minute walk to the magnificent Cataract Gorge. Instructions how to get there provided.

Getting There
The Batman Fawkner Inn is located in the centre of Launceston on Cameron Street (off Tamar Street). If you are coming into Launceston off East or West Tamar Highway, turn left onto Brisbane Street after exiting the then left onto Charles Street. Turn right into Paterson Street and follow along until you turn left onto George Street. Take your first right into Cameron Street and The Batman Fawkner Inn will be on your right.
