The owners of Batemans Bay Manor - Bed and Breakfast are proud to provide spacious single level accommodation set on 14 acres just minutes from Batemans Bay town centre. We offer five motel style rooms with ensuites. King size rooms have private balconies and queen size rooms have a view of the pool area or rural outlook. Relax in the large entertaining areas - inside and out. The perfect location for group travellers and a family get-together.

The covered pool area consists of 12 m x 5 m salt water pool, therapeutic spa and Swedish sauna. Challenge yourself or other guests to a game of billiards on the full size table or watch the big screen television in the main guest lounge. The open fire is very inviting in the winter months. There is a separate dining room to enjoy a delicious continental buffet breakfast - including home cooked delights - each morning. Guests have full use of the BBQ facilities for lunch and dinner if they wish.

Rooms are sunny, clean and spacious. The ensuites include fluffy towels, bathrobes and quality toiletries for your convenience. All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen television with DVD, tea and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge.

Relax and unwind using the facilities here or drive into Batemans Bay. Wander through the shopping circuit, perhaps indulge in a spa treatment and finish off with a scrumptious meal in one of the many cafes or restaurants on the esplanade or waterfront. Visit nearby village of Mogo, experience Mogo Zoo and explore Old Mogo Town. Take a Clyde River cruise and have lunch in the historical village of Nelligen. We are happy to book fishing and dive charters. Breathe the fresh air while playing golf at Catalina 27 hole course, mountain bike or bush walk in Murramarang National Park or relax on one of our pristine beaches.

Getting There
Travelling south from Sydney on the Princes Highway, pass the turnoff on the left for Longbeach and Maloneys. Take the next right into CORS PARADE, approximately 800m. Turn into the third driveway on the right. Our driveway gradually climbs and passes other homes.

Travelling from Canberra on Kings Highway turn LEFT at the round-about on Princes Highway - do not go over the bridge. Travel 4km north and turn LEFT into CORS PARADE. Turn into third driveway on right. Our driveway gradually climbs and passes other homes.
