We have just four family farm stay cottages and four secluded luxury loft cabins idea for couples and families, all with fully equipped cottage kitchens, spa bathrooms, polished timber floors, log fires, luxury organic and chiropractic queen beds, Aus star TV, Dvd and Wifi. Lots of wildlife, birds and farm animals and to watch and feed, a real getaway
The cottages can sleep up to 8 people and have a fully equipped cottage kitchen with aged red gum bench tops, comfy lounge / dining and a large balcony by the creek looking into the cool sun-tropical rain forests.
The Secluded loft cabins are in a secluded private setting by the creek and rainforest, with beautiful polished timber floors, ideal for couples and small families, a comfy lounge and a large balcony to relax and watch the wildlife go by.
DID YOU KNOW - Only two places in Australia still have the ancient Gondwana rain forests and snow ferns 'Kosciusko peaks' (a climb) and 'Barrington Tops peaks (a drive) @ 1500m they have been around for hundreds of millions of years and probably wont last that long again so be QUICK and come up to The TOPS.
Can you imagine 20 km of pristine fresh water creeks and rivers and 50 km of beautiful walks with some great 4WD tracks for the adventurous?
Sharini together with husband John have been involved in the organic industry for over 20 years and know the difference of quality produce and good food, they have a passion for the environment, organic food and sustainable living. Most of the fresh produce is grown organically on the property or sourced from local organic growers.
Sharini makes wonderful traditional Sri-Lankan light curries and the best prawn curry ever.
For those of you who would rather be waited on you can order sumptuous organic meals in the restaurant with a full organic breakfast for $25.00 (half price for children under 10yrs)
The breakfast menu will vary with the seasons and will include dishes such as freshly roasted organic granola / muesli with yoghurt or milk, seasonal fruit platters, pancakes, farm eggs, baked zucchini slice, muffins, organic fruit breads and organic homemade jams with wholemeal toasts, organic juices and a wide selection of the best organic teas and coffees.
The evening meal will be a selected set menu of seasonally fresh produce of two or three courses from $45.00 to $55.00 dollars, half price for children under 10 yrs. Homemade soups in winter and fresh salads in summer, curries of course and of all descriptions, prawn, lamb, beef, fish, chicken, vegan and vegetarian. Organic pasta dishes certified organic steaks seared the way you like it (delicious)! Roast of the day, even tasty marinated kangaroo with juniper berry sauce. Deserts are special too. Have you tried organic chocolate pudding or organic poached fruits with creamy ice cream? Sticky date pudding and apple and rhubarb crumble are always a favourite.
The restaurant is open for breakfast daily with organic dinners served Tuesday to Saturday nights with an option of a two or three course table d'hote menu.
We have a wide selection of fabulous certified red and white organic wines from $25.00 a bottle and even the first Australian organic sparking chardonnay for that special occasion, Cooper's Real Ales of course.

The Tops Organic Retreat is located in the Barrington Tops, to the north of the Hunter Valley, approximately 3.5 hours drive north of Sydney.
From Sydney follow the Newcastle Expressway to the end, and then follow signs for Taree. Approx 20 kms after Heatherbrae/Raymond Terrace bypass turn left onto the Bucketts Way following signs to Gloucester via Booral, Stroud and Stratford.
On arrival in Gloucester drive through to the end of the main street and turn left at roundabout onto the Scone Road. The Tops Organic Retreat is 42 km from Gloucester. At the first major intersection past Gloucester continue straight ahead for The Tops (do not take the right hand turn to Nowendoc and Walcha). Just past Copeland (15.6 km) the road forks - keep to the right, continuing uphill along the Scone Road. The only other turn (Rawdon Vale @ 32 km) is clearly marked to turn right for The Tops Organic Retreat. Continuing along the Scone Road just before Mud Hut Road (@ 34 km) the road becomes gravel, it is regularly graded and suitable for 2 wd vehicles.
The turn off to The Tops (Jems Creek Road) is clearly signed and it is 4 km from the main road to Reception of the retreat.
