The villas at Alabama has access to pool in community centre located across the road from Villa 1.

LOFT - VIEW - Dowling Street, Nelson Bay

1 or 2 bedroom apartment on 5th Floor with views of the Bay. Second TV in main bedroom. Short walk to town centre. Large lagoon style pool. (There is no BBQ at this property)

SEASPRAY - Intrepid Place, Nelson Bay

This 3 bedroom apartment has water views. On the second floor of the building (no lift). Main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite opens onto balcony. The second bedroom can either have a queen size bed or 2 singles. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and opens onto balcony. The spacious lounge/dining room opens onto balcony with water views. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Lock up garage. Only a few minutes walk to Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach.

KRISTIE COURT - Weatherly Close, Nelson Bay.

3 bedroom, 3 storey townhouse.
Just a short stroll to Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach.

Ideal accommodation for 6 people - family or friends and a fabulous alternative for 2 couples wanting to share an apartment as privacy is not an issue. Queen size bed and bathroom on level 2 and level 3.

Ground Floor - Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, Toilet.

Second Floor - seond bedroom with queen size bed opening onto balcony. Third bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom.

Third floor consists of the main bedroom opening onto balcony with a spacious bathroom with corner spa.

Enclosed yard with BBQ. Lock up garage.

Apartment has opens stairs and opens landings - may not be suitable for small children.

ALABAMA

Villa 1 - Shimmer Close, Nelson Bay

Spacious 1 bedroom open plan apartment with timber floors. Large corner spa in bathroom. Private balcony with own BBQ. Lock up garage. Kitchenette.

Villa 2 - Hardy Street, Nelson Bay

2 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse.
Bedrooms are on the ground floor with very spacious and modern living areas upstairs.

Apartments will be serviced weekly unless otherwise stated.

Getting There
Please proceed to our reservations office at Leilani Haciendas, which is located on Cnr Gowrie Ave. & Kurrawa Close, Nelson Bay.

We are an easy two and a half hour drive north from Sydney Harbour Bridge via the F3 Freeway. Take the Port Stephens exit at the end of the freeway and follow the Pacific Highway signs to Hexham. Cross the bridge and take the first turn right and follow signs into Nelson Bay.

Take the Shoal Bay/Final Bay via Victoria Parade. This will bring you past Marina, stay on main road, turn left past Nelson Bay RSL Club (roundabout) - Gowrie Avenue - and come down virtually to the end.

From here you will receive check in instructions and exact property location, which is only a 2 minute drive from the office.
