Overview
Located on Noosa Hill only 600m from Hastings Street, Main Beach, Noosa Junction Shopping Centre and 25 restaurants all within walking distance. Fully self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments plus penthouse suites with roof top sundeck.

All apartments have north west facing balconies with outdoor setting and fantastic views over Noosa, the Hinterland and Noosaville. Our smallest room is 3 times larger than a standard hotel room. All rooms are fully self contained, full kitchens and recently renovated. Facilities include a pool, spa, BBQ area, secure undercover parking, DVD, Austar, ceiling fans, free WiFi and free DVD and book library.

Our 3 penthouses have private roof top spas, dining and sunbathing area, BBQ and views that will take your breath away.

**NOTE: SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from Nov - Dec in any year, as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual "Schoolies" event. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in 'Schoolies' they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given.

By Car from Sunshine Motorway, Bruce Highway via either Cooroy or Eumundi, or David Low Way. We are on the hill side of Noosa Drive, turn into Hibiscus Ave (Reef Hotel on corner) at end of Hibiscus veer left into Bali Hai Driveway. Park car on street and walk up driveway to reception.
