Overview
The Avoca Beach Heritage Villas are a cluster of two bedroom holiday Villas and Terraces in a nastural bush setting 2 km from the beautiful Avoca Beach surf.

On site are Barbecue areas, swimming pool and tennis court all nestled into the natural bush with native gardens. This encourages native animals and birds to visit and live among the units set on several acres.

Avoca Beach is a beautiful golden sand beach stretching to North Avoca over a kilometre in length. The beach is patrolled all Summer and has a rock pool for young children. Half way along the beach is Avoca Lake with paddleboats, canoes and windsurfers for hire. Rock and beach fishing is very popular and often very rewarding.

Other activities nearby are golf, bushwalking, galleries, movie theatres, shopping, and lawn and tenpin bowling.

Terraces: There are 12 two-storey, two bedroom, luxury terraces. All units are self-contained with kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and covered car parking. Terraces are comfortably furnished and on the ground floor is the kitchen, carpeted lounge and dinning area and a second toilet. Comfortable lounges, video players, natural gas heating and continuous hot water are great for a winter getaway. The lounge area opens onto a private North-Easterly sundeck. The large kitchen with all crockery, and cutlery provided includes a dishwasher, microwave and Natural gas cooking. The two bedrooms are located upstairs with built in wardrobes and balconies. One has a queen bed and the other two singles. Between the bedrooms is the main bathroom and laundry including washing machine, clothes dryer, and bath. These units are ideally suited to couples and adult groups.

Villas: There are 22 individual Villas with all facilities on a single level. Ideal for groups, families and couples. These units have two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and two singles in the other. All units are self-contained with kitchen, bathroom and laundry, including washing machine and clothes dryer.

Units: are comfortably furnished with carpeted lounge and bedroom areas, televisions, linen, crockery, and cutlery. Each has a North-Easterly sundeck and covered car accommodation.

Directions from Sydney: From Wahroonga (Pacific Highway / Pennant Hills Rd). Take the Sydney - Newcastle Expressway (F3). Take Gosford Exit, approx 2 kms after the Mooney Mooney Bridge. Follow signs for Gosford until you see signs for Terrigal (stay on main road) Pacific highway Then follow signs for Avoca/Terrigal (stay on main road). Dane Drive - Masons Pde - York St - The Entrance Rd. Make a right-hand turn from the Entrance Road at traffic lights onto Avoca Drive (This is at lights after the Punt Bridge) Follow through the suburbs of Green Point & Kincumber following signs for Avoca. (stay on main road) Avoca Drive Our driveway is on the right, approximately 200 metres past the Avoca Beach Bowling and Recreation Club.

Directions from Newcastle: From Sydney - Newcastle Expressway (F3) Take Exit for Tuggerah/Wyong - there is a large sign for Westfield Tuggerah just before exit. Follow signs for The Entrance (Wyong Road) Exit onto Tumbi Road - just after Mingara Recreation Club and McDonalds (Tumbi Road) Follow to end and turn right at roundabout onto the Entrance Road Follow to roundabout turn left onto Oceanview Drive Follow to end and go over small bridge and turn right at roundabout onto Terrigal Drive Follow to 2nd set of traffic lights turn left onto Charles Kay Drive Follow to end and turn right at roundabout onto Scenic Highway Follow to roundabout left turn onto Avoca Drive Our driveway is on the right, approximately 200 metres past the Avoca Beach Bowling and Recreation Club.
