Your friendly hosts will be delighted to welcome you to Austiny Bed and Breakfast, on the outskirts of Victor Harbor, and just minutes from the seaside and shopping facilities.
Our accommodation is set on 6 acres with stunning Inman Valley views. Enjoy our garden and birdlife. When you stay with us, you will be exclusive guests to our property, as only one group can come through and stay at one time.
Your ensuite room features stunning views over the rolling hills of the Inman Valley and includes a queen bed, linen and towels, tea and coffee making facilities, heater, fridge, digital T.V with DVD player and free DVD library.
On request we provide a scrumptious breakfast for our guests consisting of:

Victor Harbor is a fantastic holiday location on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia, just an hour's drive South of Adelaide. We are also close to Cape Jervis, where the ferry leaves for day trips to Kangaroo Island.

Getting There
Our bed and breakfast is situated just on the outskirts of Victor Harbor in the direction of Cape Jervis.
Approximately 1.5 hours drive from Adelaide.
When travelling from the North and West:
1. From Victor Harbor follow the signs to Cape Jervis, along the Waitpinga road.
2. Just outside Victor Harbor turn right into Tugwell Road.
3. Drive up to the second street on your right hand side, which will be Glassenbury Drive.
We will be your fourth driveway on the right hand side.
When travelling from the West:
1. Coming from Cape Jervis Road, turn left into Tugwell Road, just before you reach Victor Harbor.
2.Drive to the second street on your right hand side, which will be Glassenbury Drive.
We are located at the fourth driveway on the right hand side.
