Welcome to Aukaka Caravan Park located at Nambucca Heads on the beautiful mid north coast of NSW, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Resident owners Graham and Marina aim to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.

The park is situated on the Pacific Highway, opposite the Nambucca River, and an easy two minute walk from Nambucca Plaza, McDonald's, a movie cinema, and a variety of take away and convenience stores.

Nambucca Heads offers beautiful river and ocean views almost everywhere you look, and the scenery from various lookouts is nothing short of spectacular. You'll enjoy walking, swimming, fishing, surfing, kayak hire and excellent scope for your photographic skills. This really is a beautiful town. In addition to nature's wonders, tourists will also appreciate the nearby River cruises terminal, golf course, waterfront cafes, clubs and extensive scenic boardwalks.

We offer the ideal self catering environment for our guests with cooking facilities in every park cabin. To make life even easier, a supermarket, bakery, butchery and liquor store are conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from our door. In addition, a covered BBQ area, Camp kitchen and full laundry facilities are available for use on site.

All park cabins have colour television, bar fridge, microwave oven, cook top, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Our air-conditioned en-suite cabins also have a DVD player. The cabins vary in size and can accommodate from two to six people. For your convenience, all double beds are made up with sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Single linen hire is inclusive in the extra person price.

Getting There
If Driving North towards Brisbane:
As you drive along the Pacific Highway look for the 60 kph speed sign at the approaches to Nambucca Heads. Drive on for another 400 metres, pass McDonald's, KFC sign and the Nambucca Shopping Plaza on your left then turn into Aukaka Caravan Park about 100 metres later.

If Driving South towards Sydney:
Ignore the first turnoff into Nambucca Heads and travel a couple of kilometres further south. Look for the 60 kph speed sign then take the very next turn right beside McDonalds, then turn into the Nambucca Plaza shopping mall where you can easily turn your vehicle around and head back to the Pacific Highway again. At the highway intersection turn left, then quickly turn left again into Aukaka Caravan Park about 100 metres later.

If arriving by bus:
Your bus or coach will deposit you in front of the Nambucca Heads Tourist Information Office. This is only 200 metres from Aukaka Caravan Park. Walk behind the Tourism Office and turn right onto the concrete footpath. Follow this footpath over a tiny timber bridge then turn immediately right into a pedestrian underpass. At the end of the underpass you will easily find our property about 50 metres ahead.
