Ashby House offers 20 non-smoking executive rooms and 1 non-smoking spa apartment. A disabled unit is also available. Rooms are attractively furnished in country style and we offer free secure wireless high speed internet access to all rooms, Austar, a free DVD library and a salt water swimming pool. Our licenced a la carte restaurant and bar is open Monday to Friday from 6.00 p.m. A complimentary pass to use the 360 Fitness club just around the corner is available. Ashby House is only a 5 minute walk to the CBD.All our rooms are non-smoking.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Ashby House between the 12-14 August 2011, for our son's State Cup Basketball Competition. We were very surprised by our beautiful room, very stylish fresh and modern, it was an Apartment Suite costing $200.00 a night, it came with a self contained kitchen and dining area which came very handy, as we loved making our own meals..The rooms was super clean and tidy, the bed was sooo comfortable it felt like home, the bathroom had all the things we needed, very clean, Mike the Host was so wonderful, super friendly and helpful, the other player?s parents came to our place for a visit and they were all so impressed compared to where they were staying.. they were all wishing they had booked Ashby too for the stay?.they said if they ever come to Tamworth again, they will definitely stay at the Ashby House. Overall we had a great time at Tamworth and at the Ashby, plenty of parking, close to everything, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.. and the price was reasonable compared to the other motels asking $160-$165.00, paying a little more for the luxury is well worth it...thank you heaps Mike and your wife Jo.
