Overview
Aquarius Backpackers is a BaseMates hostel and has dormitory style accommodation with either 4 or 6 share bunks as well as private queens and twins. There are also free, fully equipped kitchen facilities for you to cook up a feast plus a pool and spa to lounge around and read a book. Sit on our comfy leather couches and watch a free DVD from our 500+ library. Rates include free linen and blankets, and your bed is made for you. Access to internet, hot spot (wireless internet) and telephone available. Join the crew and meet people from all around the world! Have a drink and a boogie at our licensed bar - Jacks Spot. It's open seven days/nightly if you want someone to organize your entertainment. Tour desk available at reception and all our friendly staff have an extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast and all it has to offer.

Getting There
Bus:
Free shuttle from the Surfers Paradise and Southport Transit Centre Daily 9am to 6pm.

Train:
Brisbane Central to Helensvale Train Station, then bus to Australia Fair and walk four minutes south.

Plane:
Brisbane Airport- take the train to Helensvale Train Station, then a bus to Australia Fair and walk four minutes south.
Coolangatta or Gold Coast Airport- take a bus from the front of the Airport to Australia Fair and walk four minutes south or to the Southport or Surfers Paradise Transit Centre and we can pick you up from there with our free shuttle daily 10am to 6pm.

Call Aquarius and we can organize an airport transfer from $26 to $44 per person. We just need your flight details.

Five minute walk to the second largest shopping centre on the Gold Coast (Australia Fair).

Walking distance to the transport services that take you all over the Gold Coast.

Parking Info
We do have a parking facilities for your car in the back of the hostel. You will just need to give the key to reception when you check in
