Aqua Resort Busselton, with direct beach frontage, is nestled in eight and half acres of mature peppermint woodlands and complimented by beautifully landscaped grounds. Each beach house enjoys uncompromising privacy.

Choose from either an exclusive Bay Beach House that enjoys direct beach frontage, breathtaking views of the bay and Cape Naturaliste, or an immaculately finished Grove Beach House privately nestled in the cool confines of the Peppermint trees.

Our Bay Beach House offers five bedrooms with four beautifully appointed bathrooms, spacious enough to accommodate 14 people in luxurious comfort. Just perfect for the largest of families or sharing with friends. Able to be split into 2 seperate apartments on 2 levels for smaller groups

The Grove Beach house offers four bedrooms with three beautifully appointed bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Able to be dual keyed to 2 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms for a more intimate stay.

With luxury furnishings, modern finishes and state of the art media technology throughout each Beach House, we offer the best of indoor / outdoor living. To further indulge, several Beach Houses include private heated plunge pools.

Local restaurants, wine bars and shopping are within a leisurely stroll along the beachfront walkway. The Aqua Resort is located just minute’s from all that the beautiful South West has to offer.

We are located a leisurely 2½ hours drive south-west of Perth, Western Australia through the coastal towns of Mandurah and Bunbury. We are just 10 minutes from the seaside town of Busselton and within the internationally acclaimed Margaret River Wine Region on the Bussell Highway.
