'The 150 Apartments' are a select number of designer apartments which are offered for executive and holiday accommodation. These stylish apartments are ideal for travellers who appreciate space, style and the convenience of facilities within their individual apartments, but do not require the services of a hotel such as room service, concierge or front desk.

Located right in the hub of cosmopolitan Sydney, this boutique development was recently designed by world renowned architects Engelen Moore, with a distinctive funky orange facade.

Every apartment is overly spacious, and all apartments have balconies, some apartments even have two large balconies. We offer apartment accommodation, which is far more spacious than a hotel or serviced apartment, at a rate that is more economical than a hotel or serviced apartment. True to Engelen Moores style, the interior foyer and corridors are minimalist industrial, yet the interior of each apartment is a fusion of industrial and contemporary glamour with their large ornate mirrors combined with funky Pirelli rubber stud floors. All furnishings within the apartments are contemporary designer pieces.

There are 2 types of apartments available, the Premium 2 Bedroom Apartments and the Superior 2 Bedroom Apartments. Apartments are located on levels 2 to 9, of a 9 story boutique apartment complex and are furnished in colour schemes of either dramatic black or white. Please note whilst particular colour schemes and floor levels may be requested, they cannot be guaranteed.

'The 150 Apartments' are surrounded by Sydney's most beautiful parks and gardens, including Sydney Hyde Park and the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens. Sydney's Central Business District is a pleasant five minute walk across Hyde Park into the City, and Sydney's major shopping destinations, including the exclusive David Jones Department Store and Pitt Street Mall are also located just over the other side of Hyde Park.

'The 150 Apartments' are located by to the start of Oxford Street, providing access to Sydney's vibrant Gay District and its famous nightlife. There is also an endless supply of restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes of all differing styles and budgets, from the cheap and cheerful to some of Sydney's finest establishments such as Longrain, La Sala, Beppi's, Billie Kwongs and Bills.

PLEASE NOTE:
1.)A $500 security deposit is required by check in time. (credit card payments only). This deposit is fully refundable pending inspection after departure.
2.) The credit card holder must bring the credit card used to book the accommodation at checkin, along with corresponding photo ID, or bookings will be denied.
3.) **APARTMENT HOTEL HAS A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY** Breach of these rules results in an immediate cancellation of the booking, and guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund, regardless of the hour. Please understand we are very firm on this matter, and do not 'issue warnings'.

High Speed wi Fi broadband is available in all Apartments totally FREE of charge. Apartments have their own spacious office with 3 metre desk. All apartments have STD/IDD telephone with FREE local calls.

Getting There
Driving from Airport: Take the freeway into the city. Take the 'Kings Cross' exit, turning LEFT onto William Street.
Head towards the CBD along William Street, until you reach Hyde Park.
Turn LEFT onto College Street (Hyde Park will then be on your right side) and drive to the third set of traffic lights.
Turn left at these lights onto #1 Oxford Street, and immediately turn left again into Liverpool Street.
The apartment complex is 20 meters on your left, next to a Cafe called 'Il Espresso'. You will see a row of shops including a convenience store, bottle shop, Internet Cafe and a hairdressers.
