19th Avenue on the Beach is an absolute beachfront, 17 storey resort located on a magnificent sandy stretch of the Gold Coast at Palm Beach. Every apartment enjoys stunning ocean views of the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean with large living areas, a private balcony, two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 singles - and two marble-tiled bathrooms, majority with a spa. The modern full-size kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, wall-oven and separate griller, while the laundry section offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and dryer. Colour television together with FOXTEL reception complete your life of ease and convenience. All linen and bath towels are included in the tariff.

Facilities:

Our fully tiled 22 metre pool is heated to 29ºC year round and is ideal for doing some serious laps or just for having fun. Its glass atrium cover allows comfortable and pleasant swimming in any weather. It is unique on the coast and is the centerpiece of the resort.

You can also enjoy our heated spa, steam room, plunge pool and sauna all located conveniently around the pool area. The children will enjoy the wading pool adjacent to the pool complex under a shady awning. If you like to be more energetic then enjoy a game of tennis (full-size court) or squash, or just get fit in our gymnasium. Best of all, stroll out of our beautiful grounds straight onto the wonderful sandy beach and walk for miles to Coolangatta or Surfers or just watch the surf roll in!

Getting There
19th Avenue On The Beach is located on the corner of 19th Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway, which links Coolangatta with Surfers Paradise, and is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. We are the only high rise ever to be built on this exclusive strip of Palm Beach. Situated away from the noise and the bustle of the downtown area, yet we are still in close proximity to all major Gold Coast attractions and the bus stops right at our door.
