Classic older hotel but great service, am imcredibly friendly staff!

The location is superb and Ortigia is such an interesting and lovely place. It is a must see!, so much history!!

The Hotel and service was excellent, Free parking. The reception team were really helpful in letting me know the places I could park when visiting the sites in Siracusa and the best beaches in the area and arranging an early breakfast on our last morning. The breakfast was very good continental selection and fresh coffee and pastries. Antonio arranged for me to borrow vacuum for the hire car after a beach trip. The room was large with aircon, very comfy beds, clean and direct access to the pool area and a private patio. Pool was amazing with plenty of loungers and large parasols. We had a fastatic stay and I would recommend and our thanks to all staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Palazzo Artemide. Ortigia is a charming town with lively streets, many great restaurants, and cute stores. The hotel is in an incredible location right between the cathedral and one of the best shopping streets. Our room slept three people very comfortably and had a little terrace with a view of the cathedral on one side and the sea on the other! The staff, especially Roberto, were super helpful and thoughtful. The breakfast outside under the big umbrellas was perfect. This exceeded our expectations— we were so pleased! Thank you!

Our favorite hotel of our entire trip throughout Sicily. Great location, wonderful room, very nice breakfast and the most friendly and helpful front desk team. They went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making suggestions for places to visit and things to do during our stay. WiFi and air conditioning were really good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful building and we were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace which was amazing. Breakfast was good, staff attentive in all dealings.
