Liked location's access to Denver downtown, breakfast, gym equipment, convenient parking, size of room, recent updates, staff. Disliked very high price of valet parking, only one elevator working.

Nice hotel downtown. We stayed only one night following a festival. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely decorated with a modern touch. I would definitely recommend the Warwick

What a great stay! This was my first time staying at a Kasa property and it was fantastic. The amenities were handy and the off street parking was a godsend and well worth the additional cost. My initial reaction to the check in instructions was very negative. 30 minutes prior to check in for reviewing VERY detailed instructions and/or watching a video can be very frustrating when you've just driven 4 hours or been on a flight. The first impression was quickly dismissed when I saw the accommodations. The paper towels were grubby - the top of the roll had soiled fingerprints - not as inviting as you'd like. The bed was firm and the towels were soft. The windows need black out curtains or window treatments. No one wants to get up too early on vacation.
