Find Regal Palms hotels

We have been coming to the Regal Palms for many years. We were supposed to arrive on Wednesday during our trip but emailed the host and asked if we could arrive a day earlier and they got right back to us and said it was no problem (just had to pay a little extra for the extra night). The location of the condo is perfect (there is noise from the property mgmt with the garbage pick up in the early morning hours and also the sprinklers are very loud early in the morning). The condo is very clean and updated and everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen (including spices, oil, and other pantry items). Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. One of the bedroom needs some darkening curtains because there are no curtains and my son was woken up at the crack of dawn from the light (we put a comforter over the windows to avoid this the next 3 mornings). The master bedroom needs a new mattress set because the current set doesn't fit the bed frame and it squeaks like crazy. The host was very responsive and said he would try to make an effort to switch the mattress for us but he wasn't able to. The Regal Palms requires everyone to have a bracelet to enter the condo or pool area and they charge $10 for a replacement or for non-return. Same goes for towels that you use from Regal Palms, they charge $10 for non return. But this particular unit has pool towels to be used which we greatly appreciated and washed prior to our departure. It was a great vacation!

Outstanding on every front. Cleanliness, friendliness, fair price, pool, room sizes, location, etc. everything was phenomenal. We will stay here again when coming to Orlando! Thank you!

Property was very clean and well kept!! The family enjoyed the amenities offered at the resort. Would absolutely return and definitely recommend!!

Best furnished place we've been in yet! There was more clothing space in the upstairs master than we've ever had. I just wish people could follow instructions. We couldn't get all our trash in the to can because they won't pick up loose trash and previous guests dumped a much, so the can started half full throughout our stay. But that has nothing to do with others or management. Just don't be that guest! Only real complaint is the shower heads need to be cleaned or replaced, but that's been a consistent issue in all of them. It's not something theyl cleaners seem to check and buildup causes issues with water pressure/direction.

This home was clean, great location, awesome neighborhood! The host communicated well, we enjoyed our stay.....highly recommend!
