My stay at The Little National Hotel in New Castle was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. First and foremost, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff members who truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Riley, Marco, Jo, and Wheyne deserve special recognition for their outstanding service and unwavering dedication to ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made my stay extra accommodating. The rooms are an absolute dream! Not only are they beautifully designed, but they are also incredibly comfortable. From the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities, every detail has been carefully curated to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. My favorite part of the stay was the library and lounge area. It's the perfect retreat for unwinding with a good book or catching up with friends. The cozy ambiance and stylish decor create an inviting atmosphere that you'll never want to leave.

Great hotel in a great location with great staff, excellent service and lovely rooms. My only complaint is that the pillows were all too soft.

We stayed here nearly 9 years ago, for an extended period, while our Son was in John Hunter Hospital receiving treatment. We were looked after exceptionally well back then and the same applies to this stay.

Great place, comfy rooms, lovely team who are very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
