Very welcoming and great family friendly environment!! We enjoyed very much!

All common areas and rooms (incl balconies) were exceptionally clean! I stayed in several rooms over a number of weeks, while I was buying my replacement home. The staff remembered me in a short day or 2 & made me feel right at home. Bonus: rental scooters & bikes were usually right out front which made all of downtown exceptionally accessible, especially since the free 16th St Mall shuttle wasnt running due to remodel of thr street from top to bottom. AND the roof top pool (w/poolside drink svc) is open 365 - unheard of in Colorado! Thank you for making me feel right st home, Warwick staff!

The stay was good and staff nice and attentive. However, the phone line for room service was shut off, which created some challenges (which the staff graciously addressed), and we got a strange valet parking charge, despite having no car . . . The bar is unbelievably loud at Happy Hour, as well.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It’s close to lots of amazing dining options (Pig and Sprout is the bomb and it’s right across the street) The staff at the hotel is amazing and very welcoming and accommodating (Especially Miss Joy!). Our favorite place to stay in LoDo. Only issue was our room was stuffy and the AC unit is LOUD and woke us up multiple times during the night. Please update these units! Don’t remember having that issue the last couple of times we stayed there
