Somehow hampton Inn charged me $722 even though i did the reservation with klarna payments. Hotel told me that somehow my initial e card associated with my reservation with hotel.com via klarna payment got switched from e card to my debit card and my debit card was charged $722 which should not have happened, therefore $722 that shouldn't have been taken out of my bank account was and now my bank account is messed up and i have to try and fix it with my bank. Nan at Hampton said she has already submitted the payment reverasal to give me back that $722 but it will take 3 to 5 business days for that reversal of $722 to happen. Nan at Hampton said the switch of ecard to my debit card took place on Saturday May 11 around 10 am and no one at Hampton did that and had no idea how it even happened. Needless to say im not very happy $722 was taken out of my bank account, that should not have for my stay at Hampton Inn and Suites at Panama City Beach, Fl. I definitely did not do anything or approve anyone to do that. Also, the digital key kept malfunctioning which was very frustrating. Otherwise, i like my stay overall.

Clean hotel and rooms. Nice HOT water! The pool and hot tub were super fun. Valet was excellent! Super friendly hotel staff and valet staff. The beach access was amazing! Will return.

I liked that you didn’t have to leave to get food with the bar and grill being down stairs

The atmosphere and vibe of the property creates a very casual friendly place and space to meet other guests.
