Staff was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions that I had. The location was perfect and right in the heart of the CBD. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring Melbourne for the first time.

Property is clean, bed is comfortable and it was ideal for a one night stay. The bar downtown offers good food and reasonable priced drinks

We managed to get an early check in as we were attending a performance at 2pm the usual check in time. It was great to be able to access our room and park our car before the show so we didn't have to rush around after the show and before dinner. A room upgrade was also a nice surprise.

Although I arrived early, I was able to check in straight away and was upgraded to a very nice room on the 9th floor. It was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of made to order eggs, but I found the dinner options were fairly limited so didn't eat in the restaurant.

The Atlantis was great.. great staff great value very clean everything we needed was well catered for and really enjoyed the breakfast we'll definitely go back
