We were there to see two Reds games in two days. They kept our luggage on day 2 and we left our car in valley parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was in reasonable walking distance.

Room was clean, just felt outdated. The tile floor in front of the elevator looked like it had dried pop all over it. It was very sticky. Was that way when I checked in and still that way when I checked out the next morning.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk, cleaning and food service staff were all great and every area had enough staff to keep everything running efficiently. The location is also centrally located making it walkable to Rock and Roll HOF, Browns Stadium, Progressive Field, Eateries, Breweries, Nightlife. I’d definitely recommend.
