Beautiful property with excellent service. Transfers to and from the airport via water taxi were included, which wasn’t made clear from the email confirmation. Very romantic setting for our 30th wedding anniversary! Would definitely recommend

I loved the vip upgrade room, the late checkout option, and drinks voucher!!! I had a late flight, so the late checkout was great. The staff were excellent at the front desk.

We were impressed with the over-water bungalow. Roomy with many features not found in hotel rooms. The fish surrounding our bungalow were a treat. We also liked the lagoon for viewing fish and turtles. Food was excellent and our last night at Le Lotus was truly fine dining! The swim-up bar was a nice addition along the pool!

A very cool place in the heart of downtown.

We got an overwater bungalow and it did not disappoint. We could view the fish (and even an octopus!) under our bungalow through a glass panel in the floor. We could also climb down into the water directly from the deck in front. The water is very clear and shallow close to the property, and it's easy to snorkel. We got the breakfast package when offered, and the food was decent, although like everything else on the island, expensive for what you get. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel a few times and it was pretty good. Staff was lovely, grounds were beautiful.
