Biarritz Winery Accommodation

Hôtel très bien situé, belle chambre et accueil impeccable; un petit souci sur la résa parking mais réglé; mention spécial au restaurant qui vaut le détour.

We enjoyed our stay at this little hotel. Very convenient to train station and airport. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. There are grocery options close as well.

Great location at Grande Plage for beach, shopping, sightseeing. Great breakfast! Really enjoyed our stay.

One of the best experiences

Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out

The staff who met us by our car, after easily entering the lot to park, was professional and informative and even joyful. The front desk arranged our dining. The restaurant and bar were lovely. We won’t bother considering other accommodations in Biarritz in the future!
