Excellent stay for tourists

Basic details: 2 travelers (couple), each with a backpack, carry-on and large luggage. we got the King bed room.
The room: it’s small but that’s expected for Japan. It has AC that you can control to whatever you’d like and if you’re from the U.S like us it has a conversion table so you can tell what it is in Fahrenheit. Oh don’t forget to place your room key in the slot by the door- it activates all the lights and TV in the room (I think this is a thing in Eastern Asia because we had to do the same in our South Korean hotel). Floor to ceiling windows that really light up the room. The TV was large and on the wall next to the bed. The bed itself was firm and comfortable but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. But after a day of walking all day you don’t notice from how tired you are. The room in whole was a little… I wouldn’t say dirty but definitely not new. There was a stain on the curtains. The furniture is old, the decorations old, but it did the job. If you’re tourist that just need a place to sleep. It has mini fridge, a vanity, a closet, a small table on either side of the bed with outlets. 6/10
Service: The staff were SO amazing, they were super helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and same with checking out. They helped us ship and deliver our luggage from Tokyo to Osaka no hassle within 2 days. ($170 yen total for 3 large luggage). 10/10
