The room was in good condition, the location was convenient to the neighborhood, and the staff was friendly and supportive. The breakfast menu was good, with a good variety.

This is possible the best hotel in Bangkok. The room and big and tidy. I like the welcome gift and fruits. The swimming pool is so beautiful. The huge variety of foods for breakfast are attractive and tasty. Must try!

It’s an old property but pretty well maintained . They r using the old wooden shutters , nice touch but its a pain come morning and u needed a blackout room.

The Kempinski Hotel is luxurious in all areas, a wonderful stay, very well appointed and the staff in all areas are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel facilities are fantastic for both family and individual stays. We stayed in a 2 level Executive suite on ground level with pool access from our room. Restaurants within the hotel cater for everyone’s needs and tastes. Perfectly located in the major shopping district of Bangkok all within short walking distance. The Kempinski Hotel is a must stay.
