We used Hanoi as our base for several weeks as we visited Sapa, Halong Bay, etc and we kept coming back to Royal Palace hotel for its convenience and quality. The location is great for getting around Hanoi. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was wonderful. No complaints.
