I like the character/ history of the hotel.

Hotel was great and in a nice central location!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from check-in to location to a Starbucks inside the hotel open until 10:30 at night! If you are booking for your family, stay here!! It was only a few minutes walk to the boat tours and part of all the fun of Clifton Hills activities. It was so easy to walk down to the falls for fireworks at night and be right back in your room in no time. Service was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a room with a view which was spectacular. We got into Niagara in the evening the first night, and it was the perfect way to see the falls and fireworks from the room when we were all excited but tired. I debated forever on three diff hotels, two of which were waayyyy down the path. So glad I chose this one! We also did Journey to the Falls. It was about a 20 min walk but the walk you absolutely want to take anyway because it’s in front of all the falls. Would def stay here again!!

Loved the location. Room was clean. Staff was great.

It is a beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful. The view was gorgeous! Parking prices were ridiculous though. They charge a daily rate of $35 for outside parking and $65 for underground parking. Across the street you can park for $15 a day.
