Wow what a hotel, it is like a resort!! Really have no reason to leave it!! Looks stunning and modern!! The roof top pool is really nice (even thou i didnt have the weather for it, we still braved it) And they do fanstaic cocktails up there The Portuguese restaurant was so good, beautoful views and the food and staff are 10/10 The staff at reception where AMAZING, the guy who checked us in (soooo sorry cant remember his name) but the NICEST guy!! Really looked after us thank you so much

My family had a couple of problems with their room. They had to move her because her electricity was not working. If you asked for anything like towels or iron and ironing board. They took forever to bring it to you.

Very well maintained apartment with good kitchen facilities. Two bathrooms and a working television. Modern suite. The gentleman on reception was very helpful and informative.

The spa facilities were amazing, and the huge bath tub was beautiful!

Lovely staff, easy to find!

We met our host, Angela, at a restaurant next to the apartment for check-in. Communication was excellent -she asked us to text her when we were leaving the airport and was waiting when we arrived. Angela was such a sweetheart. She showed us around the apartment and provided some suggestions for dining and activities. The apartment was clean and modern and located in the upscale Nine Elms district right next to the US Embassy. We felt completely safe in this location and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same apartment if we visited again. The Nine Elms subway "tube" station is only a couple minutes walk away and is the cleanest station I've ever seen. In addition, there are 2 grocery stores within a few minutes walk where you can get anything you need. I highly preferred staying in this area and taking short subway rides into the city to see sites and attractions. Be sure to check that there are washcloths and body wash at check-in since we did have an issue with housekeeping forgetting to provide them. No big deal as we purchased at the grocery store and Angela was very apologetic. And be aware if you use the washer/dryer that it does not operate like units in the US. There is no way to end the cycle early to get your clothes out and no timed dry setting. Not even unplugging the unit will open the door. Perhaps an instruction manual or directions could be provided. Highly recommended. Book and you won't be disappointed.
